Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 7 days and delivery confirmed by way of telephone call. You will receive an email and a telephone call confirming the dispatch of your goods. This second email should include tracking information if you have selected a courier service for delivery.

All orders placed Monday through Friday are shipped within 72 hours after we receive them, if in stock.

Payment confirmation
You will receive an email and a telephone call confirming receipt of your payment.

(Should you not have already made payment kindly do so as soon as possible as goods are only dispatched on receipt of payment. When making payments to us kindly include your payment reference number on the deposit slip.)

Export restriction
The offering on this website is available to South African clients only. For other countries postage is excluded. For international orders please contact subscribe@sacareerfocus.co.za.

Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by TEST & DATA SERVICES GROUP PTY (LTD) is subject to availability.  In cases of unavailability, TEST & DATA SERVICES GROUP PTY (LTD) will refund the client in full within 30 days.  Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10 % administration fee.

You, or the person taking delivery, can immediately reject any items delivered, mark the delivery note accordingly, and the returned or rejected items will be processed for credit.

If you are for any reason dissatisfied with the SA Career Focus Magazine/file purchased through this site please inform us through the address listed under 'Contact Us'. We reserve the right to require proof of purchase of any items being returned. A refund for the item returned will be credited to your Payment Card.

Please note that books purchased through our web site are purchased through a third party, and returns should be dealt directly with the supplier.

Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express credit cards or by bank transfer into the TEST & DATA SERVICES GROUP PTY (LTD) bank account, the details of which will be provided on request

Credit card acquiring and security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for TEST & DATA SERVICES GROUP PTY (LTD) via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa.  PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website.  Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy. 

Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by TEST & DATA SERVICES GROUP PTY (LTD) separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site.  For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa.  Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Responsibility
TEST & DATA SERVICES GROUP PTY (LTD) takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and TEST & DATA SERVICES GROUP PTY (LTD) chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, P.O. Box 14138, Lyttelton, Centurion, 0140.

Variation
TEST & DATA SERVICES GROUP PTY (LTD) may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
